The third beer in Dan Mumford’s Patrons Project sees the spotlight shine on Manchester.

This 7% hazy IPA is a collaboration with Track and sees the use of basically every kind of hop format and addition there is. Dip hopping, mid-fermentation hops, dry hops, bright beer tank hops in the form of Citra, Mega Motueka, Eggers Special, Citrulicious Floe, Motueka Subzero Hopkief.

They also added a little coconut into the mash to give the beer a smooth and pillowy mouthfeel. Expect flavours that remind you of a mojito – creamy with lime and citrus fruit flavours.
